Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate syrup (such as canned Hershey's)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 cups whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecan bits
This is an easy one, it just takes a
little time at the mixer, but well worth it.
Mix chocolate syrup, condensed milk,
whipping cream, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and chill in
refrigerator. When cooled, whip at high speed until it reaches soft
peak. Fold in the pecans evenly and freeze firm. For quickest
freezing, freeze in individual serving containers (10).
Top with whipped cream (use the rest of
the container of whipping cream for this while the velvet freezes),
and strawberry glaze, pineapple glaze, chilled lime juice, or
cherries. Or just eat it plain. Suit yourself on extras.
Expect to be asked to make this one
often during the summer. It's just too addictive for words.
