This Issue's Song: Life Rolls On
This song is a tad on the sappy side,
but it serves its purpose well in softening up people on their
birthdays, right before the stinger is performed. It's most effective
with an angelic backup vocal section echoing the "life rolls on" of
the chorus in harmonic progression. Other than that, it's not a bad
upbeat folk song.
Note that "wiser" in the chorus changes
as the song progresses to the words noted in parentheses.
