It's time for the 2007 ride. Geobike tells us that this will be the 3rd flattest Ragbrai ever! But that's just one element! We won't have hills till the last two days and then we're going to make up for lost time.
But how about high temperatures? They are forecast to be in the 90's this year.... Not good! And then there's the winds.
You'll also be getting some reports from a new perspective as my daughter Kristen joins us with the Hawgs. She's an avid techno user and will be taking lots of shots and giving you some reports from the eyes of a first time rider. She's a bit nervous about making it. And, again this year, Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong will be joining us! Maybe we can get you an "exclusive!"
