Thanks for visiting my home page! I'm Cynthia K. Reid, and I'm an art teacher at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, Texas. (Go War Eagles!) I'm also an artist, and my main medium is watercolor. I paint a variety of subjects, but I really love old buildings and bridges. Here is a picture of me with my daughter Jamie and my dog Dinah. The other picture is me with all of my extended family.

I was commissioned by First National Bank to paint scenes of Huntsville, Texas, and this is a street corner downtown.
"Fair on the Square" is an annual event in Huntsville.
This is the Administration Building at Sam Houston State University, my alma mater.
The Steamboat House is a former residence of Sam Houston.
This is a section of the old Huntsville High School.
You probably wouldn't care to visit the Walls Unit, part of the Texas Department of Corrections.
This is the Trinity River bridge outside of Huntsville on Hwy. 19.
The old railroad bridge over the Trinity River can be seen from Hwy. 19.
The Houston Shoe Hospital is at the corner of Kirby and Bissonet in Houston.
The old Grove Drugs is a familiar landmark on 6th Street in Austin. Signed and numbered limited edition prints are available for $45.
"She Saw Angels in the Architecture" is a limited edition print in soft grey tones, available for $35, signed and numbered. Hand-colored prints are also available.
